EDCCC Partners with ASBTDC to Support Minority Owned Businesses The Economic Development Corporation of Clark County (EDCCC) has partnered with Henderson State University Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (HSU ASBTDC) to form Clark County Minority Task force and offer specialized educational services for inividuals looking to start or grow a minority owned business.
