This three day course is designed to assist entrepreneurs in developing a strong Business Model Canvas and then position them for the next stages of business. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template that illustrates various business elements. Classes will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM each day.
